She was an expert on European integration and foreign policy, especially on the European Neigh\u00adborhood Policy \/\u200b Eastern Partnership. Her focus was on Ukraine, its reform process, and the nexus between wealth and political power.<\/p>\n

She has twenty years of profes\u00adsional experience as a project manager at the EastWest Institute in Kyiv and at the European Exchange in Berlin, as Director of the Europe Program of the Inter\u00adna\u00adtional Renais\u00adsance Foundation (Open Society Founda\u00adtions) in Ukraine, and as an independent political consultant. She studied history, European studies and urban admin\u00adis\u00adtration at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, the Academy of Municipal Admin\u00adis\u00adtration in Ukraine, the Central European University and Birmingham University.<\/p>\n
