Ukraine and the Future of the EU<\/strong>\u2019 on Wednesday, 12 November 2025 at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Academy.<\/p>\n Russia\u2019s war of aggression against Ukraine marks a geopo\u00adlitical turning point. At a time of growing global uncer\u00adtainty, EU enlargement has become indis\u00adpensable for strength\u00adening Europe\u2019s position as a geopo\u00adlitical actor and securing regional stability. At the same time, enlargement requires internal EU reforms to ensure its ability to act.
