Bei diesem Thema gib es erheb­liche Unter­schiede in der Bewertung zwischen weiten Teilen der Wissen­schaft und insbe­sondere zivil­ge­sell­schaft­lichen Akteuren. What role should Europe play and what can we expect from the United States? \nHow serious are these diplo­matic moves\, and what should we be prepared for?
