Climate change and its con­se­quences are viewed dif­fer­ently in Russia than is the case in the West. The issue is under­stood as “part of a polit­i­cal game”. This dif­fer­ence in outlook has ram­i­fi­ca­tions for both polit­i­cal and eco­nomic coop­er­a­tion.
