Bruno Naredo

Bruno Naredo is project manager in the Ökolo­gische Moderne programme at the Zentrum Liberale Moderne. His work focuses on policy instru­ments and techno­logical solutions for a sustainable trans­for­mation of industry and the economy.

He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Admin­is­tration from the University of Potsdam and a Bache­lor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Bonn. His master’s thesis analysed the deter­mi­nants and causal mecha­nisms of municipal climate policies in Germany.

Before joining the Zentrum Liberale Moderne, he worked in scien­tific policy advice and social science research at Agora Energiewende and the Research Institute for Sustain­ability (RIFS) in Potsdam. There he supported research projects on climate-neutral indus­trial strategies in Germany and Europe and on geopo­litical issues of energy transition.

He also gained practical experience through intern­ships at the German Bundestag and at the Heinrich Böll Founda­tion’s office in Santiago, Chile.
