Dr Patrick Heinemann is a lawyer specialised in administrative law and a partner in the law firm Bender Harrer Krevet in Freiburg im Breisgau. He is a reserve officer and a member of the German Society for Military Law and International Humanitarian Law. He received his doctorate from the Faculty of Law and Economics at the University of Bayreuth in 2016 for his legal history of the Reichswehr from 1918 to 1933, which received several awards.
